How it works

Three steps. You can stop after any of them.

No retainer, no platform to buy into, no six-month engagement. You name one task, we find out what it costs to hand it off, and then you decide.

Step 1 · Call
$0
The Fit Assessment

30 minutes. You name the task. If there is nothing worth building, I tell you that.

Step 2 · Deep Dive
$497
Two Hours, One Plan

Two hours with you and your people, plus my analysis time after. You get a written plan you keep, build or not.

Step 3 · Build
$1,500+
Built and Running

Built, tested, running. Your team approves every output it produces. Fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts.

Building? The $497 comes off. Stop after any step.

One task on its own usually lands between $1,500 and $3,500. A system that touches several parts of the business, with more than one build wired together, runs $10,000 and up. Which one you are looking at is the first thing the plan tells you, and you see the number before anything gets built.

Step 2 in detail

What the $497 actually buys.

The plan is yours whether you build with me or hand it to somebody else. That is the point of charging for it.

01

The Deep Dive

Two hours on site or on Zoom, recorded. We walk a normal day, find where work piles up, and pull apart the task you named until we know exactly what it is.

02

The Analysis

I take the recording and the notes away and do the work you are paying for. Where the time goes, what a machine can do, and what should stay with a person.

03

The Written Plan

What gets built, in what order, what it costs, and what it saves. Named tools, not vague promises. You keep it either way.

04

The Walkthrough

We go through the plan together and you answer three questions. What hurts most, do you want help with it, and when. Then you decide about Step 3.

What this looks like in a real business

One task. Handled.

Three businesses, three different tasks nobody wanted to do. None of them added a step to anyone's day.

01

The phone

A Concord roofing company's calls get answered every time now, day or night. Caller's name, address, and job details land as a text before they have hung up. The owner reads every one. He has never touched the AI.

02

The knowledge in one head

A dock builder had thirty years of tribal knowledge trapped in his head. Now his crew asks the company's own AI agent how he would handle a situation, and gets the answer without interrupting him.

03

The list

A painting company was mailing the whole county. Now the system reads public property records and ranks neighborhoods by which houses are actually due to be painted, so the mail goes to those streets instead of all of them.

Three shapes. Yours is probably a fourth. The pattern does not change: it runs, your people approve it, and nobody has to learn anything new.
What it is not

Three things this is not.

Most of what gets sold as AI to a small business is one of these. If that is what you were expecting, this is not it.

Why us

We work inside your business, not around it.

Weeks to live, not months

One task at a time is the whole reason this moves. Most builds are running inside a month of the deep dive.

You deal with me

Nobody gets handed to a help desk. The person on the call is the person who builds it.

Fixed fee, no contract

You know the number before anything gets built. Stop after any step and you owe nothing further.

Fits the tools you already have

We build around your current stack. Nothing gets ripped out and nothing new lands on your team's screen.

AI is not a silver bullet. It is a set of tools that have to be configured, taught, and watched, the same as any other part of your operation.

  • Your people approve every output before it leaves the building
  • Nobody on your staff has to learn a new system to get the benefit
  • Every recommendation names a specific tool, not a vague promise
  • One task gets handled properly before we talk about a second one
  • If there is nothing worth building, you hear that on the free call
